Town drainage pumping station motor running inspection rules?

(1) should be kept clean,can not have electric motor parts water droplets,oil into the motor;(2) the operation current and voltage should not be more than ratings;(3) check the bearing heating,oil,magnet prices and so on and so forth;(4) the motor acmotortrading.blogspot.com temperature rise shall not exceed allowable values;(5) the motor in operation should not have scratches and other noise;(6) for wound rotor motor,should check therotor and stator brush and slip ring of abrasion of contact;(7) motor ventilation should be good;(8) motor steering should be correct;(9) of wound rotor motor short circuit contactor should be in a short position.
